In my hometown, the Halloween night brings misfortune.
It is believed that an evil's curse is being casted on the midnight of October 31st. The curse is said to be a strong black magic that could turn human into monsters. It dwells everywhere in the air surrounding the town, and remains strong for a period of 30 days after it was "being casted" together with the Halloween night celebration. Because of this, the families in my town avoid having a baby born on that period of time. Anyone born "under the curse" will have red eyes and possess monstrous features.

Since the moment she was born, Scheherazade possesses a quiet and doormat demeanor, living to please everyone and always think about people far before herself. She naturally has overly submissive personality and is very obedient; willing to do everything for the sake of everyone and often goes out of her way in order to please people. Due to her red eyes and the strong beliefs of conservative stereotypes in her hometown, she had always been condemned for being not in accordance with the stereotypes of a monster with her gentle, exceedingly kind personality. Because of this, she tends to bottle her feelings up, withdraw from the crowds, resulting in her timid personality and stuttering tendency. Despite her fragile appearance, though, Scheherazade is quite ambitious, passionate, always competent in doing everything that is ordered to her, and will do anything (as long as it's not against the law) for the sake of reaching her goals. Her vices are that she is overly cautious, wanting to please everyone too much to the point of suffering herself, possessive and obsessive towards those who are very close to her (e.g. her older brother), and often harbors envious feelings towards others. One also might say that she is "shrouded in darkness" due to her quite secretive nature.

Once, the people in her hometown described her as too damn pretty for a monster. Scheherazade has a petite, slender ──almost skinny── body, although she got quite well-endowed as she grew up. Her long, blonde hair reaches her thighs and she usually keep it either loosened or braided. Her crimson, monster eyes look a little droopy. Due to the treatments she received as a kid, she grows up conscious of her own appearance.

A mature, serious, well-mannered young man who always willing to become a knight for those less stronger than him. Scheherazade once thought of him as her hero. Gallant and chivalrous even since their childhood, Caspian was the one who used to get along with young Scheherazade and protected her the whole time. As the two of them grew a little older, he was recruited by the branch of royal family into training to be a knight. Being a young man who puts his jobs and works before literally everything else, Caspian went on the training and left the house for a long time, leaving Scheherazade all by herself. Because of this, Scheherazade harbors complicated feeling for him, thinking of him as selfish yet envies him for always being relied on by people, although her life principle is still that of making him happy and proud of her. However, Caspian is the only one knows about Scheherazade's fierce side, as she is normally seen as quiet and shy, she now usually acts grumpy and provocative towards Caspian.

Scheherazade is modeled after a deathstalker (Leiurus quinquestriatus) or the Israeli yellow scorpion, one of the most venomous known species of scorpion.
Her original themes are heavily based off the Goddess Serket, hence she is related with protection and healing.
Some things about her may be allusions of a scorpion; scared of fire, doesn't eat much, barely sleep at night, small, cautious, super patient, quiet, enjoying times by herself, and does not mind with dark room.
Her theme colour is sea pink.
NOMENCLATURE.
Her given name, Scheherazade, means city dweller. This also the name of the story teller of One Thousand and One Nights.
Scheherazade's middle name, Croíonne, from the Irish word croí, means heart or core. Related to the star Antares which is also known as "heart of the scorpion".
Her surname Sirideáin could possibly means to search or eternal treasure / eternal poem.
Thus, it makes her full name means a city dweller searching for hearts.
MISCELLANEOUS.
Scheherazade tends to stutter when she speaks to everyone, except Caspian.
Her favorite colors are dull shades of red and black.
Her favorite flower is a red spider lily (Lycoris radiata).
Despite her angelic and doll-like appearance, Scheherazade surprisingly has interest in morbid and terrifying things, such as anything related to death.
In contrary to her delicate appearance, she is very skilled in cooking and house works, doing her jobs, and taking care of and protecting others all by herself. A strong, independent woman.
She is very composed and always keep her belongings well-organized.
